Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using our website and applications together with any content and features therein (including without limitation any games, widgets, embeddable media players and RSS feeds) , you indicate your acceptance of these Terms & Condition's , the Privacy Policy and any other notices, guidelines and rules published by Colwells Enterprises Ltd on our Services from time to time (each of which is incorporated into the Terms by this reference).

If you are contacting a listed supplier.
By contacting the wedding suppliers listed in our directory, we suggest you research and decide if the services or products are right for you before signing a contract or agreement. Colwells Enterprises Ltd (and subsidiaries of) takes no responsibility for your booking. We act only as a place for you to connect.
If you are a listed supplier or contacting a listed supplier
If we are advised that a member of this directory is working unethically, in a non professional manner or we receive bad feedback of their service or product, we will take action. In extreme cases and after thorough research, to protect you and the 4CWD/Colwells Enterprises Ltd brands, we will remove the supplier from the directory.
The listed supplier represents and warrants that he or she owns or has the necessary experience, licenses, rights, to their business details. The information provided by suppliers will be deemed correct as accepted.
We reserve the right to change any category if deemed more suitable. We reserve the right to change or amend the content at any time.
Listings shall only be validated subject to the receipt of the requisite fee. Fees are non refundable. Listings received without completing the required entry process or fee will be deemed invalid and removed from the Directory.
We reserve the right to add categories where we see appropriate. We reserve the rights to delete a category if we do not receive any listings or add a category where necessary.
We reserve the right to withdraw a supplier from the website if deemed inappropriate for any reason.
All decisions relating to eligibility, categories and listings are made at the sole discretion of Colwells Enterprises Ltd staff and are final.
The Four Counties Wedding Directory and all its Intellectual Property remains the sole copyright of Colwells Enterprises Ltd. These rights will be enforced under the jurisdiction of English Law and all claims will be pursued as appropriate.
These terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Any disputes arising from or related to our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to edit or update these rules as necessary, without notice.
